Definition of Physical Culture Physical Culture is a creative, stimulating, unique, gentle and safe method of exercise to music. The program is carefully adjusted to meet the needs of participants. People may work at their own level of competence, even within a group setting, while enjoying the feelings of success and team work that evolve from individual accomplishment and group participation.
Benefits of Physical Culture Physical Culture fulfills all areas of fitness - concentration, muscle tone, co-ordination, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance. Physical Culture exercises reflect various components of fitness and adaptable for all ages and levels of endurance. Target groups include children, teens, adults, older adults, seniors, pre/post natal, post cardiac, diabetics and the physically and mentally challenged, and are suitable for all body types.
